Tadpole, The Community And The Environment
As a small business, we're part of the local community and we have an impact on the environment. We may not be able to make big gestures, but it’s important to us to do what we can to benefit the area we live in and the people we share it with.
Here are some of the ways we’re doing that:

Voluntary work:
local charity helping adult carers. We may be able to consider
donating our time to other causes – could we help you?
Free talks:
We are always pleased to be invited to speak to groups to spread
the word about hypnotherapy. Talks usually include general
information about hypnotherapy, how and why it works, and some of
the issues we help with.
We can customise our talks to focus on issues relevant to special interest groups – for example pain management, sports improvement, better sleep, etc. We also like to make ourselves available afterwards for anyone who might want to talk to us in confidence about how hypnotherapy can help them.
If you would like to book a free talk for your group please call Ian or Rebecca on 023 8067 7899 (outside of a 20 mile radius we have to charge travel expenses).
Raffle and auction prizes:
Have you considered including a free hypnotherapy session as a prize in your fundraising raffle or auction? It will certainly get people talking! Tadpole Hypnotherapy are happy to donate a free session for fundraising initiatives by local schools, charities, etc., worth £65 (or £160 if used to quit smoking!).
Sponsorship of our frog:
All right, he’s Marwell Wildlife’s frog, but we tend to think of him as ours. Tadpole Hypnotherapy are delighted to sponsor an endangered poison arrow frog at local community attraction Marwell Wildlife. Visit Tadpole's Frog page to learn more.
Tree planting:
Tadpole Hypnotherapy offsets our carbon footprint by paying for the planting of native trees in the South East through carbonfootprint.com.
Environmentally friendly working:
As Kermit, the most famous frog of all, said "it's not easy being green!"
At Tadpole we are committed to monitoring and reducing the impact we have on the environment, and offsetting our impact where possible. We do this by:
- responsible purchasing - for example, recycled and FSC approved paper
- reusing and recycling - for example, donating used printer cartridges to charity
- responsible energy usage - for example, turning off appliances when not in use
- responsible communications - for example, using email and telephone rather than paper
- responsible travel - for example, avoiding unnecessary journeys by car.
We are always happy to consider ways in which we can benefit the local community and environment. If you think we could help you, please give us a call on 023 8067 7899.
