- Arrive on time and settle bills promptly
- Give us 48 hours notice of an appointment cancellation or change (except in an emergency) and understand you will be charged if this does not happen
- Raise any concerns about your treatment promptly with us so that we can resolve them
Data Protection
You agree that Tadpole Hypnotherapy may use your personal and/or sensitive data for our records and to provide you with therapy services. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and comply with the Act in all our dealings with your data. We will only ever pass your data on to other organisations with your permission, or where it can be anonymised and cannot be related to you.
